So I have been taking these for a while now, I started off with the prenatal once’s when I was pregnant and then switched over to these. I stopped using them for some period and my nails started to break, hair shed etc so I went on them again and my hair already looking healthier – it does work. It is a bit large of a vitamin so if you have issues swallowing large pills, this vitamin may not be for you. Not sure if you can crush them – I know most you shouldn’t break or crush so I don’t want to comment on that! Taste is a bit ehh too once you keep it in your mouth before swallowing, but once down you’re good lol

I have tried taking so many different multivitamins in the past and always end up throwing them away because they make me nauseous no matter when I take them or how much food I’ve eaten. These don’t make me nauseous in the slightest. I love the glass bottle these vitamins come in–it just elevates the overall quality of the product and it seems like a much better way to preserve the vitamins than a plastic bottle. After taking these vitamins daily for about two months, I genuinely do see a difference in my skin and hair and just feel better overall. It seems like my hunger cues are better and I have a bit more energy. Very pleased with this product and will continue to purchase it.
