It is SO good! I know flavor isn’t the most important thing about a vitamin but seriously, this stuff makes me want to take my vitamins every day! I actually crave it! This product is easy to use, it is one single spray a day and if you do not like pills I think this is a fantastic option. It first tasted very cough- syrupy to me but now it tastes sweet raspberry. It is not bad in flavor at all. Definitely recommend!

Vegans need to watch out for B12 deficiency. This B12 supplement is derived from bacteria, so no sentient organisms were harmed in its manufacture. It tastes like raspberry, which is nice. The Stevia for sweetness is not my favorite, but so it goes.

Being vegan i like to keep an eye on my B12 level. My routine blood test in Oct 2022 showed that my level had dropped to 199 (healthy range is 200 to 900), so i ordered this spray to bring my level back up.
