Ingredients
Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (as 80% Methylcobalamin, 20% Adenosylcobalamin), Algal Omega 3 oil EPA(Eicosapentainoic acids) DHA (Docosahexanoic acids), Vegan Softgel (modified tapioca starch, glycerin, purified water, maltitol), candelilla wax, sunflower lecithin.
Directions
Take 2 softgels daily, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

I wanted a good supplement that had vegan D3 as I am deficient and need to take it daily. I love that this combines all the ‘essentials’ hence the name, of the vitamins I take. I now can eliminate multiple pills into this one supplement. It says it has a citrus taste but I haven’t really tasted anything. It doesn’t take good or bad. The smell is pleasant. I absolutely love the packaging of this product. Very satisfied and will continue to purchase!
