I’m vegan and love that they have vitamin d, and omegas. I’ve been taking one a day instead of 2 to start out and make them last longer. I’m not a fan of the after taste but i just chew gum after to help. The packaging is adorable and COMPOSTABLE!!! Love the brand.

The ingredients list is seriously impressive to me. I usually find vitamins that are mixed with many unnecessary preservatives and some that may even have harmful side effects. This supplement in particular does not have those unnecessary things and I like that it is also plant-based which makes it suitable for vegans like myself. I am just starting to take these so I cannot say I have noticed results so far however, I will say that I do notice that there is a slight citrus flavor or smell to it. One complaint I do have however is the small amount of vitamins, I really wish that there were more so I took off a star for that.
