I’m a 59-year-old female and every time I washed my hair I was experiencing scary amounts of hair coming out. After two months of almost daily use of these capsules (I occasionally forget), that completely disappeared, and each time I wash my hair now there are barely a few strands. I have no idea what other health benefits there may be from these vitamins, and they are ridiculously expensive, but I haven’t experienced any of the problems others state in their reviews — such as rancid tablets — and I’m going to certainly keep using them. I bought directly from the company at first, but it’s easier and sometimes slightly less expensive to receive them as part of my monthly subscriptions. If I have any problems with quality in the future, I will switch back to buying from the company because I think the customer service may be better that way.
My bench came cracked so I have to return it for another one. It is super cute though. –
I was looking g forward to trying these for the first time and got referred to me by a friend. I dont usually like to complain. But upon receiving my package and opening it it looks to me that this item belonged to someone else who returned it. The packaging was all crumpled like its been thrown around. I opened it up to look inside and something exploded inside and got all over. Not to mention a terrible smell. This does not seem to me like something I should consume.

Started taking this product that was recommended to me by my sister. Since a few months before Covid, I started losing copious amounts of hair at an alarming rate. After being tested for everything, it was just dismissed as alopecia and was prescribed different medications to try and combat it all to no avail. I fluctuate between vegan/vegetarian for 20 years. After almost 3 years of sufficient hair loss and meds – these supplements have seemed to slow it down. I started noticing a difference after a month of use. I still lose hair in the shower, but more equivalent to what I would lose normally as opposed to a wig murder scene – which helped my anxiety immensely as washing my hair day was giving me panic attacks. I’ll keep taking these for as long as they continue to help – or I go broke.
