    Easy to swallow, doesn’t upset my sensitve stomach, and fulfills the daily requirements for my eyes.

    I use this vitamin as it utilizes vegetables fir the Vitamin A versus fish oil and I have allergies to some fish and shellfish. Therefore, I avoid supplements that contain fish oils.
