I love this brand! I finally finished a bottle of vitamins and it was due to the taste. The gummies are not super sweet and they are not hard to chew. When looking into choosing a vitamin, I make sure to look at the ingredients. I was looking for a vegan vitamin and Mary Ruth’s products were able to provide that.

I’ve been taking these for a couple years because of low vitamin D. My # has steadily been increasing since taking them, which is awesome because they taste great! Unfortunately, I’m not sure that I’m getting the correct amount in all of my orders. I take an even amount of gummies and quite often, I have an odd number left at the end. I’ll have to count them when I open the next one.

I enjoy these more than the women’s multivitamin gummies of the same brand. The texture is soft and reminds me a lot of Annie’s gummies.Easy to chew, taste good, and good for you.
