They smell heavenly and don’t make you feel sick after taking them like a lot of multivitamins. I’m guilty of not always taking great care of myself and these do make me feel overall better when I take them regularly.

These smell and taste great and are not a giant horse pill! No issues with them sticking together and no physical side effects like upset stomach.

I’ve been using this product for almost a year, so it’s good to see it available on Amazon. I found this vegan multi to be the best for me and what I’m looking for in a vitamin. I eat a (fairly- vegan baked goods are delish) well balanced diet, so I wanted a vitamin that wasn’t overloaded with 8000% of my daily requirement for 27 of the 32 different vitamins and minerals in a typical giant horse pill type multi. Wholier focuses on the few that some people choosing a plant based diet may find harder to obtain through their regular consumption. Let’s be real, some days go to sh*t and making sure you have the right balance of fats to proteins to micro nutrients can go f@#k off. And most people no matter the diet can become deficient in some vitamin or mineral intake regardless. So for some peace of mind and balance, I (personally) take half of the daily dose, my jar lasts a month, and I’ve been doing just fine. Yes it’s more expensive than the powdered aforementioned horse pill, but if wholier stays true to their quality assurance and I get the vitamins and minerals I need without all the surplus, then I’m ok with it.Pros:Easy swallowLight citrus tasteCapsule instead of pillOnly has the harder to obtain goods1st buy is a full jar, subsequent buys are refills 👍Cons:Bit pricey, but more of a C- in trigonometry kinda con
